The pandemic worsened this, making housing less affordable and leaving many unable to keep up with the rising costs. Despite improved debt management, the financial gap in housing affordability remains.
Solution: Bali Land NFT & NFT Apartments
The introduction of Bali Land NFTs and NFT Apartments can make housing more affordable by reducing marketing and operational costs. By using blockchain technology and NFTs, developers can cut out middlemen, lowering property prices and allowing for fractional ownership. This opens opportunities for more buyers and renters to enter the market with lower upfront costs. Fractional ownership also allows people to invest in real estate with reduced financial burdens.
